A beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa located within the Indian Point community has quality furnishings, 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, private heated swimming pool, separate kiddies pool, hot tub, games area, wi-fi Internet access and numerous other extras. It is superbly equipped for the occupancy of up to 10 people.

There are also televisions with DVD players in All Bedrooms which are connected to Brighthouse Cable Package. In the Lounge is the Brighthouse extended Digital and HD Cable package providing you with extended Sports, Children's channels, HD Channels and much more.

The Pool Area with Swimming Pool, stand alone Hot Tub, separate Children's Pool and covered Lanai (Patio) is fenced to give you privacy - You are not overlooked from any side!
The main pool is approximately 26' by 13' and 3ft to 5ft deep, the children's pool is approximately 18 inches deep. The Large Deck area provides ample space for you to enjoy the Florida Sunshine with padded Chairs, Loungers, Reclining Chairs and Stools. An Electric BBQ Grill is provided for you to enjoy those Al-Fresco meals around the Patio Table. The Covered Lanai area is ideal for guests wanting some shade.

The games area includes a Pool Table, Foosball table (Table Football), Air Hockey Table and an Electronic Darts Board. In addition, provided for your comfort whilst enjoying this area; a Radio / CD player, a Table and stools.

The Elegant Dining Area has a large mirrored wall which enhances the glass topped wrought iron table and padded wrought iron chairs. This makes a perfect setting for a relaxing meal at "Home".

The Large Kitchen with oblong table and 6 chairs has a tiled floor and is fully equipped to a high standard. This includes dishwasher, gas cooker / range, large fridge / freezer with ice-maker, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker & juicer. There is also a large variety of pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, plastic pots and even wine glasses.

The 1st Master Bedroom has an American KING-size bed, ceiling fan, 20" TV with Digital Cable package, DVD Player, telephone, chair, chest of drawers with mirror over and bedside drawer units. The large 1st Master en-suite has toilet, double vanity unit, large shower cubicle, twin corner bath and walk-in closet.

The 2nd Master Bedroom has an American QUEEN-sized bed, ceiling fan, 19" Cable Television with DVD player (LCD Combo), telephone, bedside drawer units, a chest of drawers with mirror over and large walk-in closet. The 2nd Master en-suite has toilet, vanity unit and large walk-in shower cubicle.

Bedroom 3 - 'Scooby Doo's Den' has been thoughtfully decorated and equipped for the young at heart. The room has a double bed with a single bunk above, 20" Cable Television with DVD player and a VCR, PS2 Games console with games and a selection of children's games and toys. The room also has a tower fan, chest of drawers, large walk-in closet and a single fold away bed.

Bedroom 4 has a lighthouse and beach theme with twin beds, 20" Cable Television with DVD player, ceiling fan, lights above the beds, chest of drawers and a large walk-in closet.

Bathroom 3 has a bath with shower over, vanity unit and toilet. For the "Little Ones" we provided a cot (crib) / playpen with bedding, high chair, stroller, baby monitor, plastic plates, bowls and baby cutlery.

The villa location is very handy for all shopping, restaurants and attractions. Indian Point Kissimmee, Orlando, Florida is only a 2 minute drive from numerous shops and restaurants including a 24 Hour Wal-Mart on the Highway 192. You will also find many other attractions on the Highway 192 such as Themed Restaurants, Old Town and Mini Golf. All Theme Parks are easy to reach with the magic of Disney World being only a 10 minute drive away, Sea World and Aquatica approximately 15 - 20 minutes drive and Universal Studios / Islands of Adventure are approximately a 25 minute drive away.
