3 bedroomed, 3 bathroom villa with Double garage and Private Pool backing onto Pond. Pool can be heated when required. It sleeps upto eight. Our villa overlooks one of the ponds to the rear and a 45 acre deep water lake to the side which offers a nature trail walk & fishing. High speed wireless internet, and cable tv to every room
Our short term vacation villa is a single storey three bedroomed, 3 bathroom villa with Double garage and screened Private Pool backing onto Pond/Lake. The pool can be heated when required. It can sleep upto eight people (including children).
Our property was built in July 2000, its accomodation consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms (two being en-suites). We chose our ville for a its peaceful surroundings and location being just ten minutes from Walt Disney World.
Our villa overlooks one of the ponds to the rear and a 45 acre deep water lake to the side which offers a nature trail walk and fishing. Nearby is the large Communal Pool, two floodlit tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courst as well as a BBQ area.
The villa consist of:
Living / Dinning Room: Formal dinning area with seating for upto six people. 25'' Cable TV with DVD and a Midi CD System.
The villa benefits from Wireless high speed internet for our guests use and enjoyment. Digital cable tv is installed in every room of the villa for high quality tv for everyone enjoyment, over 100 channels are currently available including Disney, Espn and many more.
Kitchen: Breakfast area with seating for four people. Cooker, Fridge/Freezer (with ice maker), plus all the essentials ie Microwave. Also a larder to store food.
Laundry Room / Garage: Double Garage. Located in the garage are the Tumble Dryer, Washing Machine, Ironing Board, Iron, Hoover, Gas BBQ.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms: Master bedroom with Queens sized bed and walk in closet, Cable TV and storage drawers. Patio doors leading to pool area and luxury en suite with twin sinks and full size tub and shower. Hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 with Queen bed, built in wardrobe, draw units with en suite with extra large walk in shower (ideal for disabled users) and a door leading to the pool area.
Bedroom 3 with two single beds, draw units and a built in wardrobe.
Bathroom 3 is classed as the family bathroom and is located between bedrooms 2 and 3.
Pool Area: Fully screened with eletric pool heating (Optional at extra cost). Outdoor lighting including pool light. Extended deck with cool decking coating. Large shaded lanai/patio area with table, chairs and loungers. Lake views.
The villa was completely painted inside and out recently to maintain its clean as well as relanding the complete yard to ensure our villa looks attractive and welcoming to our many guests
All bedding and towels are supplied. There is also a telephone in the living area it has free local calls, but you will need a telephone card for long distance calls.

Bridgewater Crossing is the perfect base for your next holiday. This 78 acre community is among 165 acres of wetland, nature reserve & a beautiful 45 acre lake.
