Welcome to this beautiful fully FURNISHED CONDO located in the GUARD GATED RESORT style community Windsor Palms Resort! This fully furnished 3 bedroom, (1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 bunk beds, sleeps up to 8 people) 2 bathrooms. Unit sits on the 1st floor (no stairs).
Also you can enjoy your coffee in the morning by the screened porch. Flat screen with cable TV in the living room, Wi-Fi in the unit. The kitchen has an opening view to the living room, so you don't feel isolated from the rest of your family or guest. This unit has a lot of charm and you and family will feel right at home as you walk through the front door. *Please remember that our home is non-smoking, and we have a strict no-pets policy as well.
Please note that the Community allows only 5 cars per property. Also No commercial vechicles are allowed in the community.

• Cancellation charges: More than 8 weeks before arrival: deposit only, 8 weeks or less: Full amount.
• Covid 19 / Coronavirus: A cancellation within the last 30 days prior to arrival is possible, if the US government suspends travel from your country / state to Florida. Cancellation fees will be applied.
• Covid 19 / Coronavirus - Cancellation fees: 10 % of the total amount will be retained as cancellation costs. Credit card fees cannot be refunded.
