This great 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located in the wonderful Resort of Windsor Palms. Windsor Palms has a prime location and superb community facilities. The condo is just a very short walk from the clubhouse and extensive facilities.
A new owner in 2010has installed many new items of furniture. All beds, tv's, fridge, washer, dryer, and sofas are new, and all towels and bedding have been replaced so the condo is all nice and fresh and ready to accept new guests!
The family room has a pair of sofas, tv unit, dvd player, flat screen tv and ceiling fan. There is a dining area with table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need. The new stainless steel fridge comes complete with freezer and an ice maker/dispenser. There is a laundry area with brand new full size washer and dryer.
From the family room there is a door giving access to the small balcony which has table and chairs so you can sit outside in the fresh warm Florida air.
The master bedroom boasts a Kings size bed with upgraded mattress, dresser, walk in closet, flat creen tv and private en suite bathroom.
The second Bedroom has a queen size bed also with upgraded mattress, flat screen tv and walk in closet also access to the second bathroom directly from the bedroom.
The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a built in closet. All bedrooms have ceiling fans to compliment the air conditioning and add to your comfort and flat screen tv. The home will sleep up to 6 guests.
The location of this great home is second to none being just a few minutes from highway 192 which has an abundance of shopping, retaurants and minor attractions. The major attractions are also very close. The nearest park is Disneys Animal Kingdom which is just 5 minutes away!
