Both king bed master suites are situated on the second floor. There are three additional bedrooms with twin beds in each. The final queen bedroom is located on the main floor. All bedrooms are equipped with brand new flat screen TVs. The main floor features a family room off of the kitchen area with a big screen TV. There is second living area off the dining room also equipped with a flat screen TV and a sofa sleeper sectional. The dining table seats 8 to 10 people comfortably. Enjoy Florida's Magnificent Sunshine in your own private swimming pool with an extended decking area and full screen enclosure. The converted garage features a personal game room complete with a pool table and Foosball table. Your rental home is designed to comfortably accommodate 12 people. The entire property is designated non-smoking and no pets are permitted. Windsor Hills is a manned gated community with 24 hour safety and security. It is filled with family fun, including a huge pool with water slide, hot tub, splash fountain, sundry shop, fitness room, arcade, pool tables, ping-pong tables, basketball, tennis and volleyball courts, movie theatre and a large special kid's playground.
