This three bedroom, two bathroom villa has a south facing pool deck ensuring sunshine all day long. The home is comfortably furnished with everything you could possibly need for a vacation in Florida.

Upon entering the home the main living areas are laid to tile which gives the villa a cool feel to help combat the height of the afternoon sun. To the left is the kitchen and breakfast area that is fully equipped should you decide you want to prepare your meals in the house. The breakfast area seats 4 people and is great to sit at to talk to the cook as they prepare the meals.
Moving into the home to the left is the living area that has two sofas and a TV. This room has patio doors out to the pool deck and lets a flood of light come into the home. To the right of the living area is the formal dining area that seats six people.

The bedrooms are carpeted, the master is to the left of the front door as you enter and has a queen bed. This is a very spacious room and has a TV and ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are to the right of the home, one has two twin beds, the other has a full bed and these bedrooms share the second bathroom.

The home is located on the sub-division called Wellington. It is located just off the US-27 and is a very short walk from a Publix supermarket, banks, Applebees restaurant and other shops in the plaza called Bury Town Center.
