The living room has a comfortable L-shaped sofa, cozy armchair, and a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall. Imagine watching your favorite Disney movie with the kids here the night before heading out to the parks!

Can't agree on which movie to watch together? No problem! Head upstairs to the second living room. Here, you'll find a plush L-shaped sofa, casino theming, and another large flat screen TV.

Still can't decide on something to watch? Not a problem! There is even a third living room area right next to the second living room area upstairs. Again, you will find a comfortable L-shaped sofa and flat screen TV.

Enjoy cooking? If so, you certainly won't be disappointed with the kitchen. It has dark cabinetry, granite countertops, and plenty of workspace to do all your food prep work. It also comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small kitchen gadgets/appliances that you would need to put together your favorite home-cooked meals. When it's time to eat, you can do so at either the breakfast bar/kitchen island, which seats up to four, or at the large and stylish dining table, which seats up to ten people around it.

What would a Florida vacation home be without its very own private swimming pool? This vacation home has a large, refreshing pool and a spa for all to enjoy. It's screened in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out, and there is also a large lanai with seating for those who want to enjoy the Florida weather, but out of the sun.
