This four bedroom, four bathroom home has only just been finished being built and has been furnished to the highest possible standard by the owners. Completion at the end of June 2010 means this home is as new to the market as you will find and the interior has been tastefully decorated, always with the traveller in mind. There is plenty of space in the home which means you will never get in each others way and will be able to relax and enjoy your vacation, no matter how many are in your party.
Upon entering the home the there is an instant welcoming feel to the home. Ahead of you the home opens out to the open plan living that is so popular and social of the vacation homes in Florida. To the right is a room that has been turned into an entertainment room/den. There is a corner sofa, 32″ LCD TV, DVD player, Wii console and around 15 games (including Wii Fit with balance board), selection of adult and children’s board games and books, ceiling fan and additional comfortable chair.
In the open plan area you will find the kitchen, dining area and living area. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and has been equipped with everything you could possibly need to enjoy a meal at home There is a telephone located in the kitchen with free local calls and also an iPod/iPhone docking entertainment system. There is a laundry room off the kitchen with washer and dryer for your use plus iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, spare towels and pool towels. The dining area has a glass top table with 6 chairs. The living area has a large sofa and a snuggle chair that easily seats two people. There is a 42″ LCD TV boasting extended cable channels, with DVD player. There is a matching coffee and side tables so plenty of space to put your drinks when you kick back and relax in front of the TV. The ceiling fan will help keep you cool and the light floods in with a double set of patio doors out to the pool. There are safety/security sensors fitted to these doors to give you piece of mind that your children won’t be able to get out to the pool without your knowledge.
Off of the living area to the right is the master bedroom, this like the rest of the home has been furnished beautifully and is a real retreat where you can unwind and prepare for the next busy day!! The room has a king sized bed, large dresser with mirror, nightstands, ceiling fan, 24″ LCD TV, iPod/iPhone docking entertainment system and again has floods of light with the patio doors to the pool (these too are fitted with the safety/security sensors). Off of the bedroom is a luxury ensuite bathroom that has sink, toilet, a huge double walk in shower and linens and towels. There is a walk in closet here too which has linens and towels and a safe (small charge) for your use within it.
On the other side of the living area are the two other bedrooms. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, nightstand, ceiling fan, 20″ LCD TV, radio alarm clock, linens and towels, large closet this room also has patio doors to the pool (again, fitted with the safety/security sensors). There is a separate door to the second bathroom which has a sink, toilet, a bath with overhead shower and hairdryer. Bedroom three has two twin beds, large dresser, nightstand, ceiling fan, 20″ LCD TV, radio alarm clock, large closet and linens and towels.
Opposite the kitchen is the internal door to the garage. This has been turned into a professional looking games room. There is a pool table, electronic air hockey table, electronic basketball hoop, bar table and stools and ceiling fans. Everyone will enjoy something in here.
Outside there is a 30ft pool which can be heated at extra cost, brightly coloured pool furniture with padded cushions, there are two sunloungers, two reclining chairs with footstools and a table, four dining chairs and umbrella.
The home has everything and more you could ever need, it is fully air conditioned and has phone calls throughout the US, Canada and Puerto Rico at no extra cost, Wifi, Wii, games, high chair, strollers, pack n play all at no extra cost. For a small charge there is a GPS navigation system and a safe for you to use.
The home is on the sub-division of Vizcay. This is a new development that is less than 2 miles south of the I4 on the US27 so it gives you perfect access to the theme parks, the main shopping facilities and all the other Disney area attractions. There is a Publix just round the corner for your grocery shopping and also just before the I4 is Posner Park that has many shops such as Target, Best Buy, JC Penney, Ross, Dicks Sporting Goods and Books a Million.
