Our very private, rear conservation view villa is located within the award-winning gated community of Terra Verde. Our 7 bedroom is fully air-conditioned with your own private pool, games room containing a slate bed pool table & air hockey table.
Great care has been taken to furnish the villa to a modern standard with high end furniture and luxury stainless steel appliances, along with a 75" smart TV so as to increase your enjoyment and comfort when staying in our beautiful home.
Our home is professionally managed by Unique Florida Homes who are based within Terra Verde itself.

• Cancellation charges: More than 8 weeks before arrival: deposit only, 8 weeks or less: Full amount.
• Covid 19 / Coronavirus: A cancellation within the last 30 days prior to arrival is possible, if the US government suspends travel from your country / state to Florida. Cancellation fees will be applied.
• Covid 19 / Coronavirus - Cancellation fees: 10 % of the total amount will be retained as cancellation costs. Credit card fees cannot be refunded.
