Our luxurious villa is situated on the prestigious Countryside at Tuscan Ridge community. The villa is the ultimate in luxury, sleeping a maximum of 8 people, it is ideally situated to allow easy access to all the main attractions of the central Florida area. Tuscan Ridge is a peaceful oasis bordered by orange groves and natural woodland, the ideal location to return to, where you will be able to relax around the pool and chill out after indulging yourselves in the pleasures of Central Florida’s attractions.

The villa is situated in an exclusive development comprised of executive vacation and residential homes, it also enjoys the benefits of occupying a corner location. It has been professionally furnished and equipped throughout, with many luxury features.

To the rear is a covered patio and a 26ft x 13ft swimming pool and a four person Jacuzzi both with underwater lighting, surrounded by extensive decking, that faces South west for day long sunshine and those magnificent Floridian sunsets. The pool area is equipped with luxury padded poolside furniture, you can choose either to bathe in the sun or retreat to the welcoming shade of the Lanai with its cooling ceiling fans, the choice is yours. The pool area is fully screened to let the sunshine in, but keeps unwanted bugs out!

The plots on Tuscan Ridge are much larger than normal so you will not be overlooked by your neighbours.

The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and comprises two master bedroom suites with Queen size beds, two twin-bedded rooms a third bathroom with bath and shower over, a large family room, a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining room, living room, and laundry room. There are hair dryers in each bathroom, and all bedrooms and the family room have ceiling fans.

The kitchen is fitted with a full sized cooker, microwave, large capacity fridge freezer with icemaker, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. Other appliances include coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric kettle etc. All cooking and dining utensils are provided.

The laundry room has large capacity washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided.

All bedrooms have cable television, ceiling fans, walk in closets, hangers and all linen (including towels) is provided.

The family room has Cable TV with DVD / CD player /Tuner, a selection of films and CDs are available for your enjoyment. The living room also has Cable TV, and a PS 2 Playstation and games. A telephone is installed which provides for all local, long distance and international calls free of charge.

Our management company is based just minutes away at Westridge about 2 miles north on US 27, and they will be only too pleased to help in the unlikely event that you experience any problems.
