Small group or family looking for a vacation home with a private pool and room for up to 6 people? This might be the place for you. This vacation home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private pool, and over 2,400 square feet of living space.
There are two living areas, and both of them have plenty of comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV, and direct access to the pool area. The fully equipped kitchen is a good size, and it comes with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small kitchen appliances/kitchen gadgets that you would need to put together tasty home-cooked meals. The kitchen overlooks the main living room, making it great for socializing with others. When it's time to eat, you can pick from three places to eat: the breakfast bar, the kitchen dining area, and the formal dining room. Fancy a dip in the pool? Just head through the glass patio doors, and you'll step foot into the pool area. It's screened in to keep those pesky bugs out and has a large, sparkling pool to cool off in. For those who want to work on their tan, there are some sun beds dotted around the pool as well as a patio table and chairs for those who just want to enjoy the Florida weather.
There are three bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom is large and spacious. It has a king-sized bed, private access to the pool area, and a master bathroom, which has dual sinks, a large tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. And the third bedroom has two twin beds, which are perfect for kids. All bedrooms have their own TV.
Other conveniences include free Wi-Fi Internet access, optional pool heat (where available), and in-unit laundry facilities.
Community Description
The Tuscan ridge community is located just off Highway 27 and is made up of a mixture of 3,4,5 and 6-bedroom single family homes. The development has a clubhouse and tennis courts. However, its proximity to the ever-growing highway 27 with shops, restaurants and allowing easy access to connect to with highway 192 or Interstate 4 to get easily into the Theme parks that Orlando is world famous for. Interstate 4 actually runs from east to west so you can get to either of the coastlines and the fabulous beaches.
