Casa Toscana Villa is a very spacious 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom and is beautifully presented with highest quality level of furnishings. As you enter you know this property is special with its wooden flooring throughout the ground floor. There are plenty of large comfortable sofas to relax on after a day in the parks. Sliding doors lead from the family room straight out on to the pool deck.
The dining room has a large solid wood table and chairs and comfortably seats eight, perfect for any meal occasion.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances that you need to give you total flexibility whether it is for a pre park breakfast, a light poolside lunch or full evening dinner. The laundry room has a washer and dryer to take care of those wet swimming clothes.
Casa Toscana benefits from having two master bedrooms both with their own bathrooms - perfect for a quiet soak after a day on your feet.
The pool deck has sun beds to soak up the Florida sunshine and table and chairs to for a little outdoor dining. If the pool is not enough keep the kids occupied in the games room with pool and air hockey tables. Keep in touch during your stay with free high speed internet. Pool heating is available please enquire at time of booking for pool heat rates.
Tuscan Hills has its own clubhouse, children's play area, internet cafe, snack bar, tennis courts, volley ball, gym and other facilities for guests to enjoy during their stay.
Tuscan Hills is perfectly located halfway between a large Publix supermarket and a Wal Mart Supercenter. If you would like to eat out this community very close the main restaurant strip along Hwy 192. The Disney parks a short 15 minute hop away and the new Legoland park is just 25 minutes south. If golf is a passion the excellent Orange County and Highlands Reserve courses are nearby.
