The fourth bedroom is also upstairs and has a queen-size bed and TV. The best part of this house? The outdoor pool and spa (optional heating available). Community Description The Shire at West Haven is located just off Hwy 54 and is very convenient for Hwy 27, Hwy 192 and I4. The Shire is a sub-division of West Haven and is located within a secure gated community set among wetlands and other areas of conservation. Many of the homes have conservation views and large balconies. The sub-division will also shortly have access to the community clubhouse and related facilities just 250 yards away that will include a resort-style swimming pool (depth of pool ranges from 3ft 6” to 5 ft), 2 tennis courts, kids’ playground, beach volleyball and gym.
