Tis short term rental is a beautiful 5 bedroom /3 bathroom executive villa at Hampton Lakes on Highway 27, just 15 minutes from Disney. Hampton Lakes is a quiet residential community set in landscaped grounds. Our home is positioned in an envious position directly opposite the communal facilities, which are free of charge to guests. You can enjoy tennis, basketball, volleyball, the children's play area or the large outdoor pool and cabana.

Living areas: The front door opens directly into the living and dining areas. Decorated in soft relaxing colours, this is the ideal place to have a quiet drink or read a book away from the hustle and bustle of family activities. The living room and dining room are situated away from the family room so adults can have some quiet time . Soft cream colors are used throughout this area to add to the relaxing effect.
Two arches lead to the kitchen, breakfast area and family room. The kitchen comes equipped with electric stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, toaster and coffee maker. All dishes, glasses and cooking utensils are supplied. The family room has TV with many stations.

Bedrooms: The Master bedroom overlooks the pool and patio areas, and is furnished with a queen size bed. The master bathroom has a large corner bath , separate walk in shower, two cultured marble vanities and large walk in closet.
There is a second double bedroom with private bathroom making our rental villa an ideal two family vacation home.
Two twin bedrooms , situated side by side are conveniently located next to the family bathroom. One room decorated in a Mickey Mouse theme will delight both children and the young at heart. These rooms have large built in closets and a chest of drawers.
A stairs leads to one large size twin bedroom. Two kids foam chairs beds fold out to provide two additional childrens' beds.

The Pool: A sliding glass door leads onto the covered porch area. This south facing area gets the sun from early morning until sunset. The 15x30 pool has an extended deck area. Pool heat is optional but recommended for November to April stays. The deck area is extended to provide plenty of space and there is a lanai so one can sit 'out' of the sun if desired. A gas BBQ is provided for guests use. The villa is also child friendly and has a pool safety alarm, cot, high chair,stair gate, toys, stroller etc. All towels, pool towels and bed linen are provided. This villa is 2,500 sq feet of luxury.
