The layout of the Retreat Villa consists of a family room with access to the pool deck, a dining area, kitchen, breakfast area and a galley. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and also has access to the pool deck. There are an additional two bedrooms on the ground floor with access to a shared bathroom.
Upstairs are another three bedrooms - a queen with bathroom and two twins which share a bathroom. There is also a bonus area with sofa. New games room. Internet is provided for guests to use. The L shaped pool has a spa and a shower on the pool deck and there is a covered area for dining or shade from the sun.
Calabay Parc is close to local road networks, shopping and restaurants.
