Beautifully renoved 4 bedroom 3 bathroom is ready for you.
You have a king master suite, queen master suite amd further queen room that shares the family bathroom with the twin bedroom. The twin bedroom does not have a tv.
The family room is great for movies or just chatting after the longs days on the parks or shopping. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all that you will need - snacks or full meals that you can either sit on the pool deck or at the dining table.
The pool area is great for all the family on hot days to cool off and relaxing on the sun loungers. Access to the pool is via the sliding glass doors with a safety fence secured for childrens safety and can be removed for access to the pool. The pool can be heated if required for a daily cost , a 3 day minimum is required.
Property manager is available 24/7 and their office is a short drive away.

• Covid 19 / Coronavirus: A cancellation within the last 30 days prior to arrival is possible, if the US government suspends travel from your country / state to Florida. Cancellation fees will be applied.
• Covid 19 / Coronavirus - Cancellation fees: 10 % of the total amount will be retained as cancellation costs. Credit card fees cannot be refunded.
