Casa Bella villa has been decorated and furnished to a high standard with tiled flooring throughout most of the living areas. It has four well proportioned bedrooms with the master bedroom having its own TV and bathroom with a large walk in shower and separate bath.

The main living room has a leather sectional sofa which is complemented by an easy chair where guests can sit and watch tv. The second living area is smaller with a sofa, two armchairs and TV. Perfect space for reading, playing games or just chilling out.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, range, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker and is open plan to the main family area. The laundry room has a washer and dryer to take care of those wet swimming clothes.

There is a large dining room table and chairs or barstools at the breakfast bar.

Casa Bella has no rear neighbours. The pool deck has a covered area with table and chairs for shade from the hot Florida sun and for when you're not in the pool, a sunbathing area with two loungers. Pool heating is available, please enquire at time of booking for pool heat rates.

Calabay Parc at Tower Lakes is located close to Hwy 27 in Haines City and is conveniently situated close to a large Wal Mart Supercenter and Winn Dixie. There is a wide selection of restaurants and takeaways close by. Just six miles away is the new Posner Park shopping area with JC Penney, Target, Best Buy, Staples, Michaels, Dicks Sporting Goods and many more.

Calabay Parc at Tower Lakes is just off Hwy 27 and is located just 20 mins to the Disney parks and the new Legoland park is a short 15 minute drive to the south. The community next door is home to the one of the best golf courses in Florida. Southern Dunes 18 hole golf course is rated 4.5 stars and is open to the public year round.
