Property Description This spacious 2-storey pool villa located in The Hamlet at West Haven has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can sleep up to 10 people. This is a great choice for large groups or families. This villa has a well-equipped kitchen with everything you’d need to whip up a great meal. There’s plenty of counter space to prepare and cook and the appliances are modern. For informal dining, choose from the breakfast bar, which seats 3, or the breakfast nook, which seats 4 and is right next to a bay window. For something a little more intimate and formal, there is a formal dining area, which seats up to 8 people. There are two living areas: a formal and informal living room. The informal living area is just off the kitchen and is the place for the kids to hang out and watch a movie from the DVD collection. Alternatively, the formal living room is a great place for some pre-dinner drinks and conversation. Here is the bedroom layout. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and private balcony. Bedroom two and three both have a queen-size bed. Bedrooms four and five both have two single beds. The two best features of this house? The games room and pool. The games room in the converted garage has a pool table, air hockey table, and foosball table. You’re sure to spend hours playing in here. If you’d rather be outside, take a dip in the pool and jacuzzi. Or, catch some rays on one of the sun loungers. There’s also a beautiful covered area where you can escape the sun’s rays under the covered lanai. Here, you’ll find a table and chairs where you can relax and even enjoy a bit of al fresco dining. Community Descripton The Hamlet at West Haven is a secure gated community accessed through an attractive landscaped boulevard and is easily one of the very best locations around. The Hamlet offers a range of recreational activities including a community pool, tennis court and two kid’s playgrounds – one for kids aged 2 to 5 years, the other for kids aged 5 to 12 years. All theme park attractions are easily accessed, and the Disney gates are just 15 minutes away. There are many high-quality golf courses within a 5 to 7-minute drive such as at Champions Gate, Reunion and Highlands Reserve. There is a Publix supermarket at Champions Gate that provides convenient shopping. Orlando International Airport is about a 40-minute drive while the beaches on both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts are about an hour away.
