Welcome to GOOFY’S GETAWAY a spacious 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom villa situated in the exclusive SANDY RIDGE development on the SR 532. The villa is located in a quiet conservation area surrounded by woodlands and is ideal to relax in after a hard day at the nearby theme parks. Located within this community you will find two lakes as well as a play area for younger children. Disney is located within a 10 min drive via Old Lake Wilson Rd which is a quiet, picturesque route taking you through the exclusive Reunion Golf Resort.

COMMUNITY INFORMATION

Located within a 3 min drive you will find a 24 hr pharmacy, Pizza Hut, China King, Dunkin Donut and a new Publix Hypermarket. A further 3 miles on you enter into the beautiful Championsgate district with its superb welcoming arches and palm trees lining the boulevard. Within this area you will find a selection of restaurants and eateries including Chinese, Italian and Chili’s a vibrant Mexican restaurant. THE VILLA
Executive air conditioned 5 bedroom / 3 bathroom (2 ensuite) villa can sleep up to 10 people in comfort. Great care has been taken in furnishing the property and together with the high cathedral style ceiling, this creates an air of spaciousness for comfort/relaxation. The west facing pool benefits from unbroken sunshine from mid morning onwards, allowing for that all important alfresco dining in the evening whilst watching the sunset.

GREAT ROOM (14’ x 25’6”)

This large open plan room with it’s vaulted ceilings gives you a feeling of spaciousness. Entertainment is provided courtesy of a 42” plasma TV. The seating area consists of a two 3 seater sofa which overlook the pool area. A ceiling fan adds to the Floridian feel of the room. The patio door which leads directly to the pool area is fitted with an alarm for added child safety.

DINING ROOM

Conveniently adjoining the open plan living area, this elegant dining room with its decorative chandelier will comfortable seat up to 6 adults, Ideal for both formal and informal dining.

KITCHEN

This modern fully fitted kitchen comes equipped with all the latest appliances and utensils for all your everyday needs. Situated within the kitchen is a cosy breakfast nook which can seat up to 4 adults comfortable, there’s also a breakfast bar.

MASTER BEDROOM

This master bedroom comes with King size bed, dressing table with mirror and bedside cabinets & lamps. Further features include a plasma TV, radio and a ceiling fan together with a large walk in closet. The en-suite bathroom comprises of a mirrored vanity unit with twin sinks, toilet and a walk in shower with seating option for those who have difficulty in standing. Clean towels/bedding sheets can be found in the enclosed closet.

QUEEN BEDROOM

The second master bedroom comes with a Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom comprising of a walk in shower with seating option, toilet and sink. Fittings include a plasma TV, dressing table, bedside cabinets & lamps, ceiling fan and closet.

BEDROOM 3

This bedroom comes complete with two single beds, bedside table with drawers, lamp, ceiling fan, plasma TV and enclosed closet. Bedrooms three/four share a bathroom comprising of a bath with shower, toilet and sink. Access can be gained to the pool deck from this bathroom through a secured and alarmed door ensuring child safety.

BEDROOM 4

This bedroom is designed for younger members of the family, comprising of 2 single beds with various Disney characters on the walls. There are a selection of board games & cards located in the entrance hall closet.

DEN

Located at the front of the villa off the entrance hall this room can be used as a den ideal for those who want to take an hour to gather there thoughts and plan the next days adventure or as a 5th bedroom, it features a queen size pull out sofa bed, TV, Wii console with sports game, playstation 2 with game, small table & free high speed internet access

LAUNDRY ROOM

A small room is located in the main hall leading to the garage in here you will find a high chair / cot & stroller for your use. Ironing & cleaning equipment can also be found in this room.

POOL AREA

Why not spend your leisure time lounging on our extended screened pool deck (23’ X 38’) complete with patio furniture and sun loungers, or spend hours in the large 30 X 15 heated pool with underwater lighting idea for those midnight dips. Feet and joints aching after a day at the parks then why not relax in your own spa. When you’ve had enough of the Floridian sun why not take shelter under the lanai with the added benefit of a ceiling fan.

TO PROTECT YOUR LITTLE ONES FROM ENTERING THE POOL UNSUPERVISED THERE IS A SAFETY NET FITTED IN THE POOL DECK.

GAMES ROOM

The games room is located in the garage. This area has been designed for all you big kids to let your hair down over a game of pool, hockey and football. For the additional comfort or our guests we have installed several fans & chairs.
