This single family home is at a gated and guarded resort community has AC, Covered Lanai, Private Screened Pool and Child Safety Pool Fence, TVs in all bedrooms and at the Family Room, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Washer, Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board, Free Cable, WiFi, Local Calls and Hair Dryer.
Private pool is heatable at the cost of $210.00 per week. Ask for daily usage rate.
BBQ will be available for your usage at the cost of $80.00 for all your stay. Propane tank replacement is under guest's responsibility.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with wheather near freezing temperatures.
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED where owner has to send someone out to fix or repair or pay extra for cleaning.
TVPM provides each property with a small starter kit, which includes: One (1) roll of toilet paper, one (1) hand soap, one (1) shampoo and one (1) conditioner per bathroom; one (1) sponge, one (1) dishwasher soap, one (1) paper towel in the kitchen; one (1) laundry detergent. Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest.
