SON5505 is a 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom vacation home with over 3,000 square feet of space and a private pool.

Before we go over what amenities this house has to offer, let's first go over the bedrooms. Because the bedrooms have either a king or queen bed, this house is more suited to couples or families with older children. 

• The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower.
• The second and third bedrooms also have king-size beds, and
• the fourth and fifth bedrooms both have queen-size beds.

As soon as you walk through the front door, you'll immediately see two glass doors to your left. Through these doors is a games room, complete with a foosball table and cards table.

The kitchen is large and spacious. It has white cabinets, modern appliances, granite countertops, and an island that doubles as a breakfast bar with seating for up to 4. The kitchen also comes fully equipped with all the standard kitchen utensils and small appliances you'd expect to find in a kitchen.

If 4 seats aren't enough, to the left of the kitchen is the dining area complete with a long wooden table and seating for up to 8 people. This is the perfect place for everyone to sit down together and enjoy a meal.

The living room has a large grey upholstered L-shaped sectional, a red armchair, and a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall.

Walk through the patio door downstairs, and you'll enter the large screened-in pool area. Here, there's a covered lanai with wicker seats underneath it, a couple of sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan, and a lagoon-shaped pool for cooling off in.

 Sonoma Resort is conveniently located next to «The Loop», a premier shopping and entertainment mecca.

In addition, the excitement of Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World as well as upscale brand outlets, malls and numerous championship golf courses are only minutes away.
