Would you like a relaxing stay in Florida and to get away from the regular Orlando hustle and bustle? The positioning of our villa is absolutely ideal for those who require a restful and relaxing holiday. It is in a very attractive part of Florida, known as Spring Hill. Spring Hill is close to the west coast (Gulf of Mexico coast) in picturesque Hernando county. Warm weather, sunshine and sparkling spring fed waters all combine to create Spring Hill's relaxing atmosphere.

Our home is positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac in very private and peaceful surroundings. It stands in it's own grounds surrounded by trees, which have an abundance of bird life. The villa has 3 large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed with its own en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. These two bedrooms share a second bathroom. Both bathrooms have excellent showers. All three bedrooms have walk-in closets.

The villa has its own heated pool and poolside furniture is provided. The depth ranges from 2'6" (76 cm) to 6' (182cm). The pool is overlooked by the florida room in which one can relax or dine (or simply to keep an eye on the children in the pool!). The florida room is a shaded area and may be thought of as being similar to a conservatory or patio area.

Recreation and eating out: There are many parks and recreational facilities offering a superb selection of activities within a few minutes drive of the villa. There are also many excellent restaurants within close proximity and details of these are available in the villa. A multiplex cinema can be found at the Coastal Way Plaza (see below).

Beaches: The nearest beach is Pine Island, Located on the Gulf of Mexico which offers a cafe, changing rooms, showers, picnic pavilions, barbecue facilities, boat ramps, kiddies play area and white sandy beaches. This is only 20 minutes from the villa and is a particularly good beach for small children as the beach shelves very gradually. The popular beaches of Clearwater, St. Petersburg and Howard's Park are only an hour's drive away.

Sports: Sailing can be done in many areas around Spring Hill and there are two excellent golf courses nearby: the Spring Hill Country Club and Ray Floyd's Oak Hill Country Club. Both offer 18 holes of championship play in the heart of the most scenic landscape Florida's west coast has to offer. More information of golf is available if required.

Further afield: The many attractions of Orlando (Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, etc.) are about one and a half hours drive along route 50. This is an attractive journey and as driving in Florida is an easy and comfortable experience, travel poses no difficulty.
