This townhouse is part of Dream Resort which is an ECO-Friendly Resort Style Community located just 2 and a quarter miles from Disney, in the heart of the Four Corners region of Greater Orlando.
Dream Resort's neighborhoods - Hidden Forest, Hidden Lakes, Serenity and The Retreat - are nestled on 145 acres of Florida's natural beauty. These communities have been designed with distinctive features including natural conservation area, serene water views, mature landscaping, solar powered streetlights along the gently winding roads and solar powered ECO-Clubs in each neighborhood.
The ECO-Clubs offer residents and guests, amenities such as fitness enters, games rooms, lounging areas, covered outdoor seating, hot tubs, resort style pools and restrooms.
TVPM provides each property with a small starter kit, which includes: One (1) roll of toilet paper, one (1) hand soap, one (1) shampoo and one (1) conditioner per bathroom; one (1) sponge, one (1) dishwasher soap, one (1) paper towel in the kitchen; one (1) laundry detergent. Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest.
