If you're looking for somewhere luxurious to stay that has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 10, you've found the right home. You won't be disappointed!
This home, besides being large, has been beautifully designed and decorated. Read on and definitely check out all the pictures to see what we're talking about.As you pull up to this home, you'll notice the well-manicured front yard and a towering 2-storey yellow house.
Enter the house, and you'll be in awe at the interior. The L-shaped kitchen is without a doubt a gourmet kitchen. It has beautiful, shiny cabinetry and dark stone countertops. The appliances are high-end stainless-steel appliances, and the kitchen comes fully equipped with all the equipment (small appliances, kitchen gadgets, utensils, bowls, etc.) you'd ever need.
When it's time to eat, you can do so in the dining area which is just off of the kitchen. Here, up to 10 people can sit down together and enjoy a meal! It also overlooks the living room, which has a sophisticated feeling and vaulted ceilings. Here, you'll find a lounge suite, consisting of a brown sofa, ottoman, and two armless armchairs. There is also access to the pool area in this room via the glass patio doors, which let in plenty of natural light.
Upstairs, you'll find another lounge area with a brown leather sofa and chaise lounge.
There are five bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom is downstairs and has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, tub, and walk-in shower. Bedrooms two and three both have queen-size beds. And bedrooms four and five are perfect for younger children because they both have two single beds in each.
Step outside into the screened-in pool area, and you'll be wowed! The lagoon shaped pool also has a circular spa and is the perfect place to cool down from the Florida heat. If you prefer to work on your tan, there are sun loungers.
If you wish to just sit back and relax with your favorite drink, there is a covered lanai with wicker sofas and chairs, and a patio table and chairs to relax on.
Southern Dunes Community Details
This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay.
There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble.
With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand.
Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
