The Queen master bedroom with TV has a large en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. Bedroom 2 also has an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is a Queen room and finally there is another 2 twin rooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom in the middle.
The kitchen is very spacious with a nook table leading to the lounge area with flat screen TV. There is also a separate dining area too.
The pool area consists of 4 loungers and table and chairs for your comfort.
You can also enjoy the games room in the garage where the washing machine and dryer is also there for your convenience.
Southern Dunes Community Details
This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay.
There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble.
With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand.
Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
