SD4365 is an immaculate 4 bed 3 bath home on Southern Dunes.
Everything is just quality and even has a games room to enjoy as well as a private pool and spa.
All furniture is comfortable and of top quality and color coordinating to give the home from home feel.
The lounge offers cable TV leading to the kitchen with modern appliances and fully equipped with everything you would need. There is a nook table to seat 4 and the nook area leads to the patio and private pool & spa with a great view of the golf course.
The pool can be heated as an optional extra and recommended from November - April.
There is a Queen bedroom downstairs with an adjacent bathroom and the King bedroom with en-suite, Queen and twin are upstairs each with their own unique decor that makes them really special

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
