This beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa boasts a southern facing private pool that is not overlooked by neighbors. Comfortably furnished with everything to make your stay more enjoyable. Fully air conditioned with a games room This villa sleeps up to 8 persons consisting of Master bedroom 1king size bed with ensuite, 1 Queen(4th bedroom) with adjacent shower cubicle, WC and basin. Both these bedrooms have a TV. The two Twin bedrooms , one with PS2 share an adjacent bathroom with shower over bath, WC and Basin. The fourth bedroom is accessible from the pool area to provide toilet and shower facilities directly from the pool.

Set in attractive landscaped grounds of lawns, pines and eucalyptus trees. This location is suitable for golfers, families and large groups.
