The villa backs onto the 1st Fairway of the Southern Dunes Golf Course, which has been voted one of the best in its class in Central Florida.
The villa features a games room complete with Fuse Ball, Pool/Air Hockey Table and Dart Board, with a PS3 in family room. Situated on the US Highway 27 we are only 36 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 45 minutes from Sanford, this is a great location for keen golfers and still only 20 minutes from Disney World and many nearby attractions.
