Property Description Located in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation villa with private pool sleeps up to 8 and is perfect for two families traveling together that have young kids or a large family with young kids. There's a spacious pool deck so you can enjoy the sun. It also has sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan, a swimming pool to cool off in, patio furniture dotted around the pool, and a wicker table and 6 chairs under a covered lanai for those who want to be outside but out of the sunlight. Community Details This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand.
