This beautiful vacation villa has views of the golf course, a private pool, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and it sleeps up to 8 people.
- The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom.
- The second bedroom has a queen-size bed.
- The third and fourth bedrooms both have two singles beds, which are great for the younger members of the family. One of the rooms with two single beds is Mickey and Minnie Mouse themed.
- All bedrooms have their own flat screen TVs.
The kitchen is very spacious. It has stainless steel appliances, comes fully equipped, and overlooks the dining and living area.
The dining area is just off of the kitchen and has a small circular table surrounded by 4 wrought-iron chairs.
Just past the dining area is the living room. It has two very comfortable tan sofas, a large entertainment center with a flat screen TV, and access to the pool area via glass patio doors, which also let in plenty of natural light. Outside, the screened-in pool area is large.
The lagoon-shaped pool is the perfect place to cool off from the Florida sun. There are sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan, and there's a covered lanai with a patio table and 6 chairs for those who want to relax with their favorite beverage in the shade.
The pool area also has amazing views of the golf course for everyone to enjoy. Need Internet access? No problem! This home has Wi-Fi wireless Internet access.
Southern Dunes Community Details
This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay.
There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble.
With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand.
Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included).
The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
