After a long day out at the parks, you're sure to return absolutely exhausted. All you'll want to do is relax and watch some TV. The living room is here for you. It has 2 large, comfortable sofas for everyone to lounge on, and there's a large flat screen TV for everyone to watch a Disney movie on.
If you don't plan on eating out every day for every meal, then the kitchen will surely be a room you'll visit regularly. The kitchen is an L-shaped design, meaning that it increases productivity and eliminates traffic. It has modern appliances, plenty of cabinet space, a small breakfast bar that seats 2, and a small dining nook in the corner that also seats 2. And most importantly, this kitchen comes fully equipped with all the utensils and equipment you may need while preparing a meal. When it's time for everyone to eat together, the breakfast bar and nook won't work. You need something a little more formal that has sufficient seating. The answer: the formal dining area. Here, you'll find an attractive rectangular dining table with 6 matching seats.
The two best things about this house? The pool area and the games room. When you enter the pool area, youâ'll notice that it’s fully screened in to protect everyone from the bugs. You'll also notice a great pool for everyone to cool off in. If they'd rather work on their tan, there are a couple of sun loungers for them to do so. If you don't like being out in direct sunlight but want to enjoy the fresh air, simply grab a patio seat under the covered lanai and enjoy an ice-cold drink. If you get bored of being outside, why not head to the converted garage to play a game or two of pool. There are hours upon hours of fun just waiting to be had in this room.
There are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms both have two single beds in each, which are great for kids. Don't worry, there's Wi-Fi throughout the house, and each bedroom has its own TV.
Southern Dunes Community Details
This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
