A fabulous executive 3 bed 2 bath home located in a much sought after location on Southern Dunes. The villa has a double lot offering more space and privacy. There is a double garage and long driveway for your convenience. This home will offer a home from home experience the minute you walk in the door. With 2 lounge areas, a dining area for 6, a breakfast area, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove and all small appliances you would need including coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, tea kettle, this is only the start.
