Welcome to a charming, well presented 3 bed 2 bath home on Southern Dunes. The home also has a private pool on the golf course. The pool can be heated as an optional extra and recommended between November through April. This home has all matching decor and a home from home experience. All furniture is upgraded so will give an executive appearance and feel. the couches are leather with large screen TV and cable TV makes the lounge comfortable. All floors are wooden plank and easy on your feet. There is a Queen bedroom with en-suite and a nice chair. There is also another Queen bedroom and twin room. Both Queen rooms have a TV for your convenience. There are fans in all bedrooms should you require additional air circulation at night. The kitchen is well equipped and has all major appliances (refridgerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave) and small appliances for all your needs to eat in. There is a gas grill at the home you are welcome to use too. There is a washer and dryer in the garage for your convenience too Southern Dunes is a gated golf community that prides itself on the quality of its course, and the security and beauty of its homes. Our Golf course is ranked among the top golf courses in the country. Golf Digest ranked this Steve Smyers masterpiece #6 on its list of “Best Courses in the State' of Florida. Disney Theme Parks are 20 minutes away, 15 Minutes to the brand new Lego Land at Cypress Gardens, 25 minutes to Sea World and Universal Studios, 45 minutes to Tampa, and 45-60 minutes to arrive at either coast. Just beyond our 24 hour manned gatehouse you will find lots of restaurants, pubs, and shopping. Especially convenient and within walking distance from our gates is the 24 hour Wal-Mart Supercenter where you can stock up on all your food and beverage needs. Great designer outlet shopping is a quick car ride away, as is many award winning restaurants. For our foreign visitors there are many local Pubs that will make you feel at home while watching the sports you love.
