Beautiful conservation view 5 bed 3 bath that is just under 2300sqft with its own private pool and spa located in the exclusive and peaceful setting of Silver creek in Clermont. The home comes with two king bedrooms and 3 twin rooms all are a nice size and the masters come with their own walk in showers. All the bedrooms and the living room have flat screen TVs and there is plenty of space throughout the home to sit and read or catch up with your social media messages whilst using the homes free WI-FI. The kitchen is stocked with the appliances you are going to need for your stay, including Refrigerator, range and dishwasher, the smaller items needed are also available such as coffee machine, kettle and of course a toaster. Large dining table can be used for both formal or casual meals and is situated close to the kitchen and living room which also gives you easy access to the pool area.
Silver creek community
This community is just 108 single family homes has a brand new playground and seating area as well as a community pool, however the nicest thing about the community is that is nestled close to the natural woodland with some small ponds and lakes and is a peaceful community that gives you the feel of being out in the countryside yet is a few miles from Disney World and the surrounding parks. Walking trails are all around the community which are perfect for the adventurer or the cyclist who wants to stay or get fit.
All landscaping is taken care of by the HOA so the lawns and trees are manicured and pristine surroundings
