The kitchen has modern appliances, and it comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, plates, and small kitchen appliances/kitchen gadgets, that you would need to put together tasty home-cooked meals.

There are two dining areas. The first dining area is right next to the kitchen and will seat up to four people. The second dining area is the formal dining area, and it will seat up to six people.

If you enjoy swimming, you'll love the private swimming pool and spa. The pool is screened in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out, and there are sunbeds for those who want to work on their tan and a lanai with patio furniture underneath it for those who want to enjoy the Florida weather in the shade.

There are 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, is spacious and has a queen-sized bed and en-suite bathroom, complete with his and hers sinks, a large tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed. And the third and fourth bedrooms both have two twin beds in each. All bedrooms have their own TV.
