Living Accommodation - Upon entering the front door you are welcomed by the family lounge area with a comfy sofa and chairs, patio doors to the pool deck and a large flatscreen TV. To the left of the family lounge area is a small open-plan kitchen with a table and seating for six people.

Bedrooms - The Master bedroom is to the right of the family lounge at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom which has a door out to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is to the right of the lounge at the front of the villa and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has twin beds.

Outdoor Living - The south-west facing pool deck has a beautiful view across a lake, an outdoor dining table seating four people and a covered area providing much needed shade from the beautiful Florida sun.
