Our villa is fully air conditioned and has four bedrooms. The master bedroom has en-suite facilities with the remaining bathroom shared between the other three bedrooms. Wifi is provided and all calls to all of the US, CANANDA AND P.R are at no additional cost.
All towels and linen are provided, as well as a cot and high chair for an additional cost.
Our villa has a spacious family room with cable television and a dining area overlooking the pool.
The luxury kitchen is fully fitted with a washer and dryer. Alarms are fitted on all doors adjacent to the pool area for additional safety.
The fully screened, private swimming pool has a patio area for sunbathing and part of the patio area is covered providing valuable shade.Table, chairs and sun loungers are all provided to maximize your comfort and enjoyment. Other amenities include 2 car garage, automatic ice maker.
Pool heating is a additional charge, and there is a 3 day minimum.
A local management company is on call 24 hours a day, who will ensure that your stay is relaxed and trouble-free, and if required provide you with discount tickets for all of the Orlando attractions.

• 25% (minimum $300.00) deposit required to secure booking. Deposit non-refundable if you cancel.
• The total amount has to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
• Failure to pay the balance by the due date will render the booking void with loss of deposit.

• Check in 4 p.m. Check out 10 a.m. Early check ins or late check outs require prior approval.
• Cancellation charges: More than 8 weeks before arrival: deposit only, 8 weeks or less: Full amount.
• Covid 19 / Coronavirus: A cancellation within the last 30 days prior to arrival is possible, if the US government suspends travel from your country / state to Florida. Cancellation fees will be applied.
• Covid 19 / Coronavirus - Cancellation fees: 10 % of the total amount will be retained as cancellation costs. Credit card fees cannot be refunded.
