Property Description This private pool home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 8 people. It is located within the community of Rolling Hills Estates, very close to Disney Parks and within easy reach of many local attractions along Highway 192. Throughout the home, light neutral colors add to the spacious feel. Arches and architectural details enhance the tasteful decor. The upgraded kitchen has granite countertops, tile backsplash, modern appliances, and a breakfast bar. The kitchen, as you’d expect, comes fully equipped with all the necessities that’ll allow you to cook and eat any meal. If the breakfast bar doesn’t offer enough seating, the main dining table should. It seats up to 6 people and makes for a great place for everyone to gather together to eat a meal. The living room is large and spacious. It has two brown sofas and a large flat screen TV for everyone to enjoy watching a good Disney movie on. Let’s talk about the most popular part of the house: the pool. The pool area is screened in to protect everyone from those pesky bugs. The lagoon-shaped pool is large and offers the best way to get relief from the high Florida temperatures. If you’d rather work on your tan, you can do so on one of the sun loungers. Alternatively, if you’d rather stay out of the sun but remain outside, take a seat under the covered lanai. There are two master bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. They feature queen-size beds with room to stretch out while watching the late-night news. One of the master bedrooms has a 32” TV and the other has a 27” TV, each with a DVD player. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds (perfect for the younger members of the family) and another bedroom has a bunk bed with a full mattress on the lower bunk and single size one on the upper -- great for families! Community Description Rolling Hills is a prestigious and peaceful vacation home residential community just 1.5 miles off Highway 192 and is just over 1 mile from Formosa Gardens Village, which offers a complete array of retail stores, supermarkets and restaurants, as well as a walk-in clinic and tourist information center. Other major attractions including Universal Studios, Sea World and International Drive are also nearby. Within an hour’s drive is the East Coast of Florida offering the spectacular sights and sounds of Cape Kennedy and Daytona Beach and the West Coast featuring the beautiful beaches of St. Petersburg and Busch Gardens in Tampa.
