Enjoy your own terrace on the ground floor, and soak in the sun in the outside grass. You even have a terrace outside your master bedroom in the second floor. Free WI-FI.

This luxurious townhome has two stories, 1679 sq.ft., 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms The home comes with?stainless steel kitchen facilities. There is a formal dining area that seats 4 plus additional 2 bar stools located by the fully equipped kitchen. The interior is upgraded with laminate floor in kitchen and living room, granite counter tops all over.

The living room has a comfortable seating area with a sofa sleeper, a large flat screen TV and stereo equipment. Upstairs you will find two rooms with one full size bed in each and a master bedroom with a king size bed.

Downstairs bedroom has a full size bed. The ground terrace is sunny and open, and equipped with patio furniture.

Enjoy your morning coffee in the second floor terrace outside your master bedroom. A safe is available for your convenience which is located in the walk-in-closet upstairs. Washer & Dryer is provided with?ironing equipment. All homes includes extra sets of linens and towels.
