New construction in 2005 this is a great 6 bedroom/ 3 bathroom , pool home that overlooks the lake in the Orange Tree community. The home is beautifully furnished and will comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. There is a large family room with TV, DVD, and stereo with comfortable sofas (one of which converts to a double sleeper sofa), tables and lamps. TV’s in 3 bedrooms with full BrightHouse cable package, and free WiFi Internet and free long distance phone calling. This superb vacation home now has the added benefit of a full games room including pool table, ESPN Air Hockey and a full size Ping Pong table. With two dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen there is plenty of room for all. Washer and dryer. Towels and linens are supplied.
This superb villa is situated on the desireable community of Orange Tree 20 minutes from Disney and 55 minutes from the coast. Plenty of local shops and restaurants. There is also a community soccer pitch, Tennis court, Basketball court and 2 children’s play areas.
Bedroom 1 consists of a King size bed, TV, DVD/VCR player, dresser, chest of drawers, nightstands, lamps, alarm clock, walk in closet, ceiling fan.
There is an private en suite bathroom with large tub bath, walk in shower, separate his n hers vanity sink units, and hair dryer.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, nightstands, lamps, alarm clock, built in closet, ceiling fan
Bedroom 3 has a full size double bed, nightstands, lamps, ceiling fan, built in closet.
The remaining 3 bedrooms each have 2 twin beds in each, nightstands, lamps, ceiling fans and built in closet.
There are 2 full family bathrooms one with bath with shower,and sink and the other bathroom has a walk in shower,and sink, and can be accessed directly from the pool deck area.
Watch the sunrise whilst looking out over the lake from our large pool deck area by your own private pool and spa. There is a removable safety fence to protect non swimmers and children. There is a shady lanai area and the pool deck is furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers. A wonderful choice for a great vacation home!
