This vacation villa is beautifully furnished and has an enviable pool area overlooking the Golf Course for those Florida sunsets!
NPR3211 offers a great pool area, south facing over the 14th hole and pool which can be solar heated on request. There is a covered dining area and plenty of space for sunbathing.
The villa is furnished to a very high standard and offers Cable TV in both the front room and master bedroom, there is also a DVD and CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and there's a separate laundry room with washer/dryer and ironing facilities.
