Let’s see what the inside of the condo has to offer. As you first enter the condo, the kitchen will be to your left. Yes, it’s small, but it’s efficient, luxurious, and comes fully equipped with all the equipment and utensils you may possibly need when cooking. It has light-colored wooden cabinets, black granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an opening that lets you see and talk into the dining and living room. You’ll really enjoy this kitchen. When it’s meal time, the dining room is sure to come in handy. It has seating for up to 4 and will allow for everyone to sit down together and enjoy a meal. After a long day out boating on the bay or swimming in the ocean, the living room will be ready for you. It’s a good size, has 2 comfortable sofas, 2 small armchairs, a flat screen TV for your entertainment, and a wall-length glass patio door that lets the sunlight in and lets everyone out onto the outdoor patio/balcony. Here, everyone can just gaze over the railing and watch the boats and dolphins go by. There are 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom is the master bedroom, and it has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and access to a private balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed. Don’t worry, both bedrooms have their own TV. Community Description Amenities at the Hickory Bay West condo building include bike storage, boat docks and boat slips, a community swimming pool and spa, a community room, and extra storage. Hickory Bay West is within walking and biking distance of Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach. Hickory Bay West is located just minutes from U.S. 41 and I-75, only about twenty-five minutes to the Southwest Florida International Airport. There is also speedy access to popular shopping districts such as Coconut Point Mall, Waterside Shops, and The Mercato. 5th Avenue in Naples is only about 20 minutes’ drive away. More Information - During the months of January, February, and March, this property can only be rented from the 1st to the 1st.
