Property Description If you like lake views and having plenty of resort amenities for you to enjoy, you’ll love this condo. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, it can sleep up to 4 people, and it’s on the 2nd-floor (There are no elevators). It’s about a 10-mile drive to the nearest beach. This condo also features a fully-equipped kitchen, small dining area, living area, a den, and an outside patio. The kitchen is modest and has white cabinets and countertops, modern appliances, and it overlooks the dining and living areas. The dining area is great for eating meals with everyone around the wicker dining suite that has seating for up to 4 people. And after a long day out swimming, there’s no better place to relax and watch some TV than in the living room. It has a sofa, armchair with footrest, TV, and access to the covered patio / lanai via the sliding glass patio door. After a long, tiring day, what better to do than than to sit outside on the patio with a cold beverage, looking at the lake and listening to the fountains. Finally, there is a small den where you can sit down on the sofa or set up your laptop on the desk. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. Community Description Enjoy resort style living at Lighthouse Bay. There are 5 pools and an additional lap pool. There’s a fitness center, clubhouse, boating beach, lakes stocked with fish, 8 tennis courts with pro, basketball, activities director, library with access to computer, a lovely 2.5-mile walking/biking trail. All this is surrounded by golf courses. It’s Near I-75, 2 min from Coconut Point Mall, and it’s close to the Miromar Outlets, restaurants & supermarkets. Other Information During the months of January, February, and March, this property can only be rented the 1st to the 1st.
