Property Description Want to be close to beach? How does a 5-minute walk (.2 miles) sound? This vacation condo has 1 bedroom area, 1 sofa bed, 1 bathroom, and it sleeps up to 4 people. It also has views of the ocean! The condo is open plan (including the bedroom). The L-shaped kitchen is fully equipped, has stainless steel appliances, and it comes with granite countertops. The breakfast nook/ dining area in the kitchen has seating for three. The living room is bright thanks to the patio door, which lets in natural light and leads out onto a screened-in porch. The living room has a comfortable sofa, armchair, and flat screen TV for your entertainment. There are two areas to sleep. The first area is the open plan bedroom, which connects to the living area. It has a king-size bed. The second bedroom area is in the living room, where the sofa turns into a queen-size bed. The condo is located on third floor, and the building does have an elevator. Community Description The Bonita Beach & Tennis Club has two heated pools and a full-service restaurant, ten Har-Tru tennis courts and plenty of other outdoor recreation. Walk across the street to Doc's Beach House for great food, recreation, and beach rentals. Easy beach access with a simple walk across the street! If you're looking to work on your tan, feel free to walk downstairs and sit out by the pool or enjoy the beautiful white sand of the beach across the street.
