In the gated community of Mission park sits this beautifully decorated and furnished four bed three bath home. The accomodation comprises of 2 King size suites with en suite bathrooms and TV. There are also 2 twin rooms, also with TV's and a Playstation. The family room and dining area are roomy and comfortable. Outside the oversized deck and pool area, is complete with loungers and chairs for you to soak up the Florida sunshine and cool off in the pool. If you have any energy left after a day at the parks, the garage has been converted into a games room, with Pool table, Foosball and air hockey. The location is perfect! Only 20 minutes from all the Disney theme parks, 35-40 minutes from Universal and the Malls. and 10 minutes from local golf courses. State Park. Shops and restaurants are also close to hand.
The King size master suite is furnished with a king size bed, nightstands, dresser, walk in closet, lamps, alarm clock, ceiling fan, TV There is a private en suite master bathroom with large tub bath, walk in shower, toilet and sink, hair dryer.
The second master bedroom has a King size bed, nightstands, lamos, alarm clock, walk in closet, ceiling fan, tv, and a private en suite bathroom with toilet, walk in shower and sink.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have 2 twin (single) beds in each, nightstand, lamps, ceiling fans, built in closets. There is an additional family bathroom with bath with shower, toilet and sink.
The villa boasts a games room for your entertainment with pool table, foosball and air hockey table
Plus soak up some Florida sun on your own private screened in pool deck and pool. The pool deck is south facing for maximum sun bathing exposure! There is also a large shady lanai area just in case the sun gets too hot. A wonderful home for any vacation!
