Simply the best location! Just a ten-minute drive from the Disney Theme parks but set in the quiet haven of the prestigious Lindfields Estate. This luxury villa sleeps up to 8 people and is beautifully furnished, fully air conditioned with its own, private screened and heated swimming pool. When you walk through the front door, you will truly experience the "wow factor".

The Villa is fully equipped to the highest standard. All bed linen, towels etc are supplied for your use during the holiday. A cot with linen and a high chair are also provided.

On the ground floor the large spacious open plan lounge is beautifully furnished including a TV/Video, DVD player and Music Centre. The breakfast area leads to a covered patio and Swimming Pool. A fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven, coffee maker and an ice making machine. All necessary crockery, cutlery and utensils are provided.

The Villa has its own private screened-pool. Patio furniture includes table and chairs and four sun loungers, also a barbeque for long warm evenings eating by the pool.

Electrical Pool heating is available for cooler times of the year at an extra cost.
(Solar pool heating is free)

The master bedroom has a Queen-size bed and its own TV, large en suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle and private toilet and a large walk-in cupboard. There is a hairdryer here for you use.

Garage and Utility Area
An internal door from the entrance hall leads to the large double garage.
The utility area with large washing machine and tumble dryer is next to the garage in an extra room. There is also an additional small bathroom with a toilet.

On the first floor there is a spacious double room with large fitted wardrobe, a queen-size double bed and a TV. There are two further twin bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes.
The bathroom upstairs has a combined bath and shower, toilet and washbasin. There is also a hairdryer for your use here.

A large upstairs landing overlooks the downstairs creating a feeling of space.
