A spacious 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home located in the gated community of The Villages at Legacy Park, well-located off Hwy 27 near the 192. The home features a larger than average pool and deck that faces south.
Downstairs there is an airy double height living area with triple French doors providing an abundance of natural light. Relax on the sofas and enjoy the larger screen smart TV including cable services, plus high speed internet.
Leading out to the pool deck, is a covered lanai area providing shade, perfect for dining outside at the patio table and chairs. Around the generous sized pool there are also loungers to enjoy the Florida sunshine throughout the whole day, given the south facing orientation. Also noteworthy is that the deck is not overlooked due to its elevated position.
The kitchen has new high-end appliances plus plenty of cupboard space stocked with everything you may need to cater for your family. There is an island breakfast bar as well as sunny breakfast nook. Alternatively, enjoy a meal together at the formal dining table, which sits alongside a secondary living area at the front of the home.
There are two bedrooms downstairs, one with two twin and the other with a full-size bed. There is a master suite upstairs boasting king-size bed and ensuite with walk-in shower, garden bathtub and double sinks as well as closets. The other side of an upstairs loft area offering a quiet work station are two further bedrooms each with two twin beds, perfect for the children. All bedrooms have ceiling fan/lights and smart TVs with Roku.
There are hours of fun to be had with the pool table, and extra space to hang out in the garage.
Towels and linen are provided together with a washer and dryer available for guest use.
The Villages is the superior gated subdivision of Legacy Park, which is located off Hwy 27, near the crossing with Hwy 192, centrally located near stores, restaurants and golf courses. There is both a closeby Publix supermarket and large Walmart for groceries. Disney is around 15 mins drive and Universal around 35 mins. This particular neighborhood is a peaceful and secluded place to stay offering tennis courts overlooking the surrounding conservation area.
