From curved Italian leather sofas, to a formal dining table set with fine china and candles for a perfect evening in, we have endeavored to provide a home from home with that added taste of luxury! As you would expect, the kitchen is fully equipped - we have tried to supply most items you could need to provide anything from a small snack to a full Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner. There is a dishwasher, cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, pots, pans etc. and the separate laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. Our home has plenty of space for your family to unwind after the rigors of a day at the parks. The garage has been fully converted into a game room with a pool table, TV and PS2. There is a sitting area for spectators. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in our home. All bedrooms have built in closets, spare bedding, TV's and benefit from ceiling fans. All towels are provided. The master bedroom has a king bed with up-graded pillow top mattress to ensure a perfect nights rest. There is an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, Roman bath, vanity basin and separate toilet room. The recently refurbished house bathroom has a bath with shower over, vanity basin and toilet. This bathroom has the added advantage of being accessible from the pool deck. Two hairdryers are provided. Outside the extended deck overlooks a fully stocked lake with a variety of visiting wildlife. We provide padded sun beds, chairs, tables and a parasol for when the legendary sunshine is just too much. The pool and spa can be heated We even supply pool towels. There is a Gas BBQ located outside the pool screening. We stay in our home 3 or 4 times a year and are continually up-grading the facilities. We also employ an on-site property manager who ensures that our home is kept in prime condition and always calls to introduce herself - very useful if you have any questions or need any help! PLEASE NOTE; No pets/dogs are allowed in our home (service dogs excepted). This is in accordance with the By-Laws governing Lake Berkley Resort.
