This bright contemporary home offers a superior base for your vacation close to all the attractions. Located in the Indian Creek Resort, the pool home has been furnished to a high standard throughout with generous sized rooms and a fantastic private pool area.
The living room features large comfortable sofas with plenty of space to relax in the evening or watch a movie on the high definition television. The banquet style dining area easily seats 10 people for family mealtimes. Alternatively, enjoy dining alfresco with the outdoor patio table and chairs under the covered shady area leading from the living room through sliding glass doors.
The screened pool area offers privacy, yet a substantial south facing pool deck with loungers to make the most of the Florida sunshine. Why not spend a day by the crystal clear pool, enjoy a bottle of wine, and watch the sun go down from the bubbling spa. Also have fun in the games room with the air hockey table!
Delight in a luxurious night's sleep in either of the two spacious master bedrooms – each with full ensuites, plenty of wardrobe space and access to the pool deck. There is a secondary bedroom and two themed twin bedrooms which the children will love. High quality towels and linens are provided.
There is a separate kitchen which is fully equipped with everything that you may need to cater for a large group. The kitchen also includes a sunlit breakfast nook for early morning meals before heading out.
The home is air conditioned and has ceiling fans throughout. High speed WiFi and calls to US and Canada are included. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Please inquire if pool heating is required. Gas BBQ rental also available on request.
Indian Creek is conveniently located with easy access to US192 where you can enjoy local restaurants and shopping. The resort also boasts a putting green, tennis courts, soccer pitches, baseball nets, and children’s playground to enjoy. Disney, Universal and Sea World are only a short drive away. Celebration Town and Old Town are also a short distance away. Plenty for you and your family to see and do on your vacation.
