With 4 bedrooms - 2 en-suite - it's own private 30ft heated pool, jacuzzi and many features to ensure comfort, convenience and safety for up to 8 people, this is the perfect way to enjoy your holiday in the 'Fun Capital of the World'.
Lounge / Dining
Spacious living room dining areas with 200 Channel Cable TV and entertainment centre including hi-fi and DVD/VCR. Ideal for taking shelter from the hot holiday sun.
There is also a separate formal dining area should you exhaust the vast number of restaurants nearby.
Kitchen
The Kitchen is fully equipped breakfasting kitchen with all the appliances and equipment required for your holiday. The washing machine and drier are in the laundry area in the garage
Bedrooms
Master Bedroom 1 is pure luxury with king size bed and large en-suite bathroom with double shower, heart shaped bath twin basins. Also has colour TV and its own patio-door access to the pool deck..
Master Bedroom 2 has queen size bed, en-suite bathroom colour TV.
Bedrooms 3 and 4, each room has two single beds and share the third bathroom with shower.
Pool
The lanai and pool is the very essence of your florida vacation. The 30ft heated pool and spa basks in florida sunshine from dawn until dusk. While the covered lanai area benifits from constant shade and incorporates a cooling ceilng fan for your comfort.
